Booking and Planning Process

Booking and planning an event at A Level Up Event Venue is a seamless process. We encourage our clients to book as far in advance as possible, especially for weddings and large events, to secure their preferred date. A Level Up Event Venue rates starts at $225 to $1085 dollars an hour and that includes use of our tables and chairs with a minimum of four (4) to (6) hours. Additionally, we give you the hour before your event for free to bring in your food & beverage. (We offer special, flat rates for nonprofits and some charitable events and some all-day workshops or retreats.)

We allow - free of charge - an hour before the event to bring in food, etc, and up to 40 minutes afterwards to remove anything brought in. To reserve the date, we do require a deposit that goes toward your balance.

There will also be a $350.00 Damage deposit which will be refunded to you if there there's no damage to the Event Venue.

You may bring in your own food and beverage/alcohol or, if you'd like to hire a caterer, we can refer you to use our caterer or you can hire a cater of your choice.
